Lead React Engineer - DerbyFlow Platform Ownership

We are hiring an experienced React developer based in Pakistan to take over development of DerbyFlow. So far, development has been handled by the founder with the help of Claude. You will take ownership of the codebase, improve what has been built, and work closely with the founder on new features for restaurant clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the DerbyFlow codebase and improve existing functionality
• Build new features for restaurant clients in close collaboration with the founder
• Make sound architecture decisions
• Debug issues and make sure you fully understand the code you ship
• Use AI coding tools to move faster while applying real engineering judgment

Requirements

• Experienced React developer based in Pakistan
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Ideally, experience building software before AI coding tools became common
• Ability to make good architecture decisions and debug problems
• Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow
