BrainyHRs is hiring a Paid Ads Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Lahore. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce, with a focus on ROAS, budgets, and conversions. This role is onsite only, and remote applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROAS
• Manage ad budgets and drive conversions
• Run customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising
• E-commerce industry experience (mandatory)
• Strong experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize ROAS, manage budgets, and drive conversions
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retargeting, and performance marketing metrics
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work full-time from the Lahore office
