About the role
Purelogics are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and strategically minded Personal Brand Growth & Outreach Executive to help build and scale a senior executive’s professional presence, authority, and strategic network.
This role sits at the intersection of personal branding, thought leadership, content strategy, strategic engagement, podcast and media outreach, event opportunities, and relationship development.
The successful candidate will not simply maintain profiles or send outreach emails. They will help build a repeatable growth engine around the executive’s expertise, ideas, experiences, and industry perspective.
This is a high-trust, execution-focused role that requires strong written communication, exceptional attention to detail, strategic research skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that can strengthen the executive’s authority and professional network.
The ideal candidate understands that a strong personal brand is built through consistent positioning, valuable ideas, meaningful relationships, strategic visibility, and disciplined execution.
Responsibilities:

Prepare speaker applications, topic proposals, bios, and supporting materials.
Coordinate registrations, scheduling, and logistics.
Prepare event briefs covering priority attendees, organizations, and discussion topics.

Ensure timely follow-up; no opportunity goes unattended past its designated window.
Track KPIs across content, engagement, outreach, meetings, podcasts, and events.
