We’re Hiring: Project Manager | Digital Transformation

Travel: Extensive international travel as required by business needs

Aion Digital is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex digital transformation and fintech delivery programs. We’re looking for someone who can own delivery end-to-end, manage multiple workstreams, work confidently with technology and business teams, and engage senior stakeholders across markets.

What You’ll Own

• Drive end-to-end project governance and delivery

• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies

• Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Product and Business

• Manage RAID logs and proactively resolve delivery risks

• Coordinate vendors, remote teams and senior stakeholders

• Track KPIs, milestones and delivery performance

• Use JIRA, Confluence, dashboards and AI tools to improve planning and reporting

• Automate reporting and improve delivery efficiency

• Ensure quality, governance and timely execution

• Support projects and stakeholders across multiple international markets

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management / PMO / Program Delivery experience

• Mandatory: Banking, Financial Services or Fintech experience

• Proven experience managing technology or digital implementation projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Product and Business teams

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and modern project management tools

• Exposure to Digital Banking / Digital Transformation programs preferred

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred

• Willingness and ability to undertake extensive international travel as required by business needs
