Senior GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Expert – Remote Freelance Job

We’re Hiring: Senior GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Expert | Remote

We are looking for a highly proficient GoHighLevel expert to work with a U.S.-based company.

This is not a basic CRM management role. We need someone with strong hands-on GHL expertise who can take ownership of the system, understand the existing setup, troubleshoot issues, and build advanced solutions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the GoHighLevel CRM setup

• Build advanced workflows, triggers, automations, and pipelines

• Create and optimize funnels, forms, calendars, and lead routing

• Manage email and SMS automation sequences

• Configure lead tracking, attribution, tags, custom fields, and opportunities

• Set up and troubleshoot integrations

• Identify and resolve automation and CRM issues

• Improve sales pipeline visibility and reporting

• Maintain CRM structure, data quality, and system efficiency

• Recommend and implement improvements based on business needs

Requirements:

• Advanced/professional-level expertise in GoHighLevel

• Proven experience managing complex GHL environments

• Ability to build advanced automations from scratch

• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, sales funnels, lead lifecycle, and conversion tracking

• Strong troubleshooting and integration experience

• Ability to work independently without step-by-step guidance

• Clear communication skills

• Ability to overlap with U.S. working hours
