Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify prospective leads against target criteria and nurture them through initial sales funnel touchpoints.
Client Engagement & Pitching: Conduct initial discovery discussions, present company products/services, and convey value propositions to prospective customers.
Pipeline & Meeting Management: Schedule qualified sales meetings, coordinate handoffs with closing sales teams, and maintain organized pipeline records.
Reporting & Targets: Track lead conversion metrics, submit regular lead-generation reports, and consistently achieve weekly and monthly business development targets.

Requirements

Experience & Functional Skills

1–3 years of hands-on experience in business development, B2C sales, or direct lead generation.
Proven track record using cold calling, social media selling, email outreach, or networking to acquire customers.
Good understanding of B2C sales funnels, customer acquisition metrics, and lead nurturing methodologies.

Soft Skills & Mindset

Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach with a passion for building customer relationships.
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
