Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and the HR portal
• Help screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment
• Perform general HR tasks when required

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field)
• 0 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
