We are urgently hiring a Senior HR Manager with strong expertise in HR policies, team management, and HR operations. You will lead the HR function, manage the HR team, and align HR strategies with business goals in partnership with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Lead and manage HR teams to ensure effective performance
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant HR experience
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, or a related field
• Strong expertise in HR policies, procedures, and team management
• Proven experience in recruitment and overall HR operations
• Ability to manage HR functions independently in a fast-paced environment
