HR Executive - Labor Compliance & Recruitment

Global Marks Pvt Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join its team in Islamabad. You’ll support recruitment, employee records, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations, while helping the company stay compliant with labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, selection, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
• Support employee engagement, workplace relations, and conflict resolution
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee documentation
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
