Basic understanding of HR Operations and Recruitment

Graduation completed required

Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate coordination

Familiarity with LinkedIn and Indeed

Must have a properly maintained LinkedIn profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment
