This office-based internship provides practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment support, accounting tasks, and administrative coordination within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Support onboarding and day-to-day HR administrative activities

Assist with invoice preparation, financial records, and accounting documentation

Perform data entry, filing, and document management for HR and Accounts

Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth HR and finance operations

Assist with other administrative tasks assigned by the HR and Finance departments

Requirements:

Fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic understanding of HR practices and accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with ERP software such as Odoo will be an advantage

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
