Hul Hub is hiring a Business Analyst in Karachi. You will analyze business problems, gather and document requirements, and work between business and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, root causes, assumptions, risks, and dependencies
• Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and wireframes
• Analyze existing (As-Is) processes and recommend improved (To-Be) workflows
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and coordinate between business and technical teams
• Support Agile activities, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement tracking
• Evaluate system integrations and process impacts at a basic level
• Support UAT and verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, process analysis, software projects, internships, or academic projects
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and attention to detail
• Understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
• Basic knowledge of Agile, SDLC, business process mapping, and functional and non-functional requirements
• Familiarity with UAT, testing concepts, basic data analysis, APIs, and system integrations
• Ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and validate proposed solutions
