  • Advanced SQL & Data Transformation: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate large datasets across disparate data systems.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Customer Support, Product, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to define data requirements, establish KPI definitions, and track business health.
  • Post-Sales Trend & Process Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on support ticket volume, resolution times, onboarding efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and growth drivers.
  • Data Governance & Consistency: Work alongside Data Engineering and BI platform teams to ensure data accuracy, single-source-of-truth definitions, and reliable reporting pipelines.
  • Automation & Scripting: Leverage Python or R to automate data manipulation workflows, custom reporting pipelines, and routine operational checks.

  • Modern Dashboarding Tools: Hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards in Hex, Retool, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Salesforce Analytics: Practical experience creating custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and working with underlying CRM objects.
  • Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python or R for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and script automation.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to explain technical data models and insights to non-technical business leaders.
