HR Specialist Job in Gulberg, Lahore | Falkenherz Group

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. You will be a key contact for employees and help ensure policy and labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and separations
• Handle HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates
• Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions
• Manage employee exits, final settlements, and clearance processes
• Ensure HR policy implementation and labor law compliance
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and daily HR operations
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and MS Office
• IT industry experience preferred
