Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen corporate culture and values
• Plan engaging employee activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives
• Design and coordinate employee training and development programs
• Introduce creative ideas to improve engagement, collaboration, and satisfaction
• Work with HR and departmental leaders to identify training needs
• Drive internal communication initiatives that promote workplace culture
• Monitor participation and feedback to continuously improve initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in corporate culture, employee engagement, Learning & Development, or HR
• Strong creativity, communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Excellent planning and execution abilities, with the confidence to turn ideas into action
• A proactive mindset and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences
