OptimaGeeks is looking for an HR Executive – Operations to join its team in Johar Town, Lahore. You will manage core HR operations, from employee records and attendance to onboarding and reviews, while handling confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
• Maintain employee records and respond to employee queries
• Coordinate probation and performance reviews
• Handle confidential information responsibly

Requirements

• At least 1 year of HR experience, particularly in HR operations
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Experience managing attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
• Ability to maintain employee records and coordinate probation and performance reviews
