Principal AI/ML Engineer Job | Macrosoft Pakistan | Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal AI/ML Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. You will bridge the gap between data science and software engineering by building scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world use cases
• Build and maintain data pipelines and preprocess large datasets for modeling
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Implement algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Develop and manage MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
• Analyze data, run experiments, and evaluate model performance
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
• Integrate AI models into production applications and APIs
• Monitor and improve production models based on feedback and performance metrics
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, ML, and Generative AI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of overall experience, including hands-on AI/ML development
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems
