About the Role

Techtimize is looking for a Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to manage software projects, teams, clients, and day-to-day execution. You will help drive projects from requirements to successful delivery while keeping teams and stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Manage software projects from requirements gathering through delivery
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and task management
• Track progress using burndown and velocity charts
• Gather and analyze client and stakeholder requirements
• Prepare SOWs and project documentation
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional and remote teams
• Keep all parties aligned on scope, priorities, and progress

Requirements

• 1-3 years of software project management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum
• Experience with sprint, backlog, release, and task management
• Experience with burndown and velocity charts
• Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills
• Experience preparing SOWs and project documentation
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Strong client, stakeholder, and team communication
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
