About the role
Join a fast-growing Series A logistics technology company building software for temperature-sensitive supply chains.
In this hands-on, high-impact product leadership role, you will shape AI-powered SaaS tools and autonomous agent workflows that help pharmaceutical logistics, quality assurance, and cold chain operations teams make timely, evidence-based decisions. You will own the technical product roadmap for core SaaS modules and a growing ecosystem of AI agents—defining how agents present context, execute delegated tasks, maintain strict auditability, and process complex regulated supply chain data.
Working at the intersection of product, machine learning, and full-stack software development (React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL), you will partner directly with ML engineers, full-stack developers, and enterprise pharmaceutical customers to convert GxP-regulated workflows into intuitive, automated product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Roadmap & Strategy: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for core SaaS modules and autonomous AI agents, defining how LLMs present context, execute delegated tasks, and preserve audit trails.
- Customer Discovery in Regulated Supply Chains: Conduct direct customer discovery with pharmaceutical logistics, quality assurance, and cold chain managers to translate complex GxP-regulated workflows into software requirements.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with engineering, product design, data science, and ML teams to deliver production-grade AI features grounded in domain knowledge layers and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Human-in-the-Loop & Governance Design: Define agent delegation boundaries, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and logging mechanisms required for compliant pharmaceutical operations.
- Outcome Measurement: Establish and track core product KPIs—such as autonomous decision accuracy, hours saved, and accelerated release cycles for temperature-sensitive shipments.
Requirements
Product Management & AI Technical Depth
- 5+ years of professional non-internship experience in Product Management or Product Engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
- Full-Stack Technical Literacy: Practical, hands-on web development experience (React, Node.js, Python, or PostgreSQL); mobile-only development experience does not fulfill this requirement.
- Generative AI & Agent Architecture: Working fluency with Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agent harnesses, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Customer-Facing Discovery: Demonstrated experience leading customer discovery sessions in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Roadmap & Requirement Ownership: Proven track record translating complex customer requirements into clear technical specs, user stories, and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct domain experience in cold chain management, pharmaceutical logistics, temperature-sensitive supply chains, or GxP-regulated product environments.
- Hands-on experience designing audit logs, validation frameworks, or compliance guardrails for regulated software systems.
- Prior experience operating within early-stage or high-growth Series A startup environments.
Total Rewards & Benefits
- Compensation & Equity: Annual base salary range of $170,000 – $200,000 USD + meaningful early-stage equity grants.
- Work Environment: Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
- Impact & Ownership: High-autonomy role directly building AI agents that transform life-saving pharmaceutical supply chains.
