Technical Project Manager (AI/ML & Software) | 7-8+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior technology professional who can combine hands-on technical understanding with strong project leadership. You will oversee the delivery of AI/ML and software projects for international clients, guide technical teams, and take part in pre-sales and architecture discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver software and AI/ML projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Act as the main technical point of contact for international clients, leading meetings and technical discussions
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution proposals, estimates, and technical presentations
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions with the engineering team
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans
• Manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope
• Lead and mentor engineers, and ensure good coding, testing, and delivery practices
• Run agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience in software development and project or technical management
• Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and AI/ML project lifecycles
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git
• Experience working with international clients
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
