Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, Karachi | Utopia Brands

Utopia Brands is hiring an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition at its onsite office on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for local and international positions, work with hiring managers across functions, and guide the recruitment team toward its hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and international positions
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and professional networks
• Partner with hiring managers to fill roles across multiple functions
• Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment KPIs, and ATS databases
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and explore AI-driven hiring solutions
• Support and guide recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with team coordination or leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and stakeholder management
