GHL & AI Automation Specialist Jobs (Remote) | Noxlumyn

Noxlumyn is looking for a GHL & AI Automation Specialist to combine GoHighLevel, AI automation, and marketing into lead generation and follow-up systems for the real estate and mortgage industry. This is a remote role on US working hours. The ideal candidate goes beyond basic automation and connects AI, CRMs, and marketing tools into efficient systems that turn leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up GoHighLevel (GHL) and build automated lead workflows
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Grok for lead qualification and follow-ups
• Build landing pages, website funnels, webinar funnels, and chat widgets
• Manage lead data using tools such as DealMachine
• Configure email outreach systems and campaigns
• Support paid ads, social media graphics, and marketing content
• Integrate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss and KB Core

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience, including building workflows from scratch
• Experience with Voice AI, AI chat platforms, and automation tools
• Knowledge of funnels, landing pages, and lead generation
• Experience with email domain setup and automated outreach
• Familiarity with paid ads and marketing content creation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
