Lead Full Stack / React Native Developer, Islamabad | Onsite

Deventrix are urgently seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Full Stack / React Native Developer to join our team in Islamabad. You will build scalable mobile applications with React Native, develop backend services with Node.js and FastAPI, and manage MongoDB databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native
• Build scalable, reusable mobile application components
• Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and FastAPI
• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, including queries, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and schema design
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mobile, backend, and database layers
• Optimize application performance, loading speed, and user experience
• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, scalable, maintainable code
• Support Android and iOS build and deployment processes
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with React.js, Hooks, Component Lifecycle, and state management
• Backend development experience using Node.js and FastAPI
• Strong experience with MongoDB and Firestore
• REST API development and integration
• Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth)
• Git and version control workflows
• Android and iOS deployment experience
• Mobile application performance optimization
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (equivalent practical experience may be considered)
• Ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality solutions
