Senior Data Scientist, Product (Gold) | Robinhood Menlo Park

Robinhood’s Growth team helps the company grow smarter, not just faster, by pairing data-driven insights with sharp execution. As a Senior Data Scientist, Product, you will help answer foundational questions that shape Robinhood Gold, the premium subscription product. You will help identify the right customers for Gold and determine which offers and incentives drive signups and retention. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize key initiatives, measure business impact, and influence product strategy and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Growth org, focusing on Gold subscriptions
• Design and analyze experiments to test new features, offers, and campaign strategies
• Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to grow Gold through better targeting, retention, and messaging
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize key initiatives and measure business impact clearly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
• Experience as a Product Data Scientist or in a similar role, working closely with product teams to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability to deliver projects successfully in a fast-paced environment
