Mobile App Developer - Flutter & Dart Framework

As a Flutter Developer at Zinsta, you will work closely with cross-functional team members to transform UI/UX designs into smooth, high-fidelity mobile experiences. You will integrate RESTful backend APIs, maintain state management architectures, write clean Dart code, and ensure application responsiveness and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Dart/Flutter code for iOS and Android platforms.
• API Integration: Connect mobile applications to backend services, RESTful APIs, and third-party SDKs or payment gateways.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma or design wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter widgets and smooth animations.
• State Management & Architecture: Implement structured state management solutions (such as Provider, BLoC, GetX, or Riverpod) to maintain clean application architecture.
• Optimization & Debugging: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, UI glitches, and platform-specific bugs.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Prepare, test, and publish mobile builds to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

• Practical experience in Flutter framework and Dart programming language for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Strong working knowledge of mobile application architecture, UI component rendering, and custom widget design.
• Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and handling asynchronous programming in Dart (Future/Stream).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX standards, state management, and local offline storage solutions (e.g., Hive, SQLite, Shared Preferences).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Soft Skills & Application Details

• Strong analytical, logical, and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-moving engineering team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing live apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Firestore, Analytics).
• Basic understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or native iOS (Swift) integration using Platform Channels.
