Role Overview

InvoByte is looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong PHP and Laravel experience to join its development team in Lahore. You will build, maintain, and improve reliable web applications, working closely with the team to deliver clean, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code
• Design and manage databases, write optimized queries, and work with MySQL
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in existing applications
• Maintain and improve the performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Collaborate with team members, project managers, and designers to understand requirements and deliver on time
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Keep up with new Laravel and PHP updates and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel development
• Strong knowledge of Laravel and PHP
• Good understanding of MySQL and database concepts, including relationships, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining web applications

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience Required: 2-5 years in PHP/Laravel development
