About this position

We are looking for an experienced, research-driven designer to conduct a deep UX audit and revamp of our company website and SaaS product, improving usability, conversion and overall product experience.

This is a human-led design role. We want someone who can independently investigate problems, challenge assumptions, run meaningful analysis and make informed design decisions, then justify them with clear reasoning and evidence.

Your portfolio should show your problem-solving process, research, rationale and impact, not just polished UI screens.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive UX audit of our company website and SaaS product
• Identify usability issues, friction points, confusing user flows and opportunities for improvement
• Perform CRO analysis to improve sign-ups, lead generation and conversions
• Evaluate user journeys, onboarding, information architecture, dashboards and core product workflows
• Run competitive analysis and find opportunities to differentiate our product
• Improve UI quality, visual hierarchy, engagement, accessibility and responsive experiences
• Analyze product positioning, value propositions, CTAs and messaging clarity
• Develop evidence-based recommendations backed by research, observations and clear reasoning
• Create a prioritized UX improvement roadmap with actionable solutions
• Redesign high-impact pages and product flows, then prototype and validate them with users

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product design
• UX research, usability testing and heuristic evaluation
• CRO fundamentals and conversion-focused website design
• Product analytics, user journeys and behavioral analysis
• Competitive benchmarking and product strategy
• Strong UI design, responsive design and design systems
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to justify design decisions with clear reasoning and evidence
• Experience designing complex dashboards, workflows and web applications
• A portfolio showing your process, research, rationale and impact, including UX audits, SaaS work and conversion-focused improvements
