About the role
Cyware delivers an innovative approach to cybersecurity by unifying threat intelligence, security automation, incident response, and vulnerability management through its Cyber Fusion platform. Integrating SOAR and TIP technologies, Cyware is deployed by enterprise customers, government agencies, MSSPs, and leading global ISACs and CERTs.
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as the principal technical leader for Cyware’s public sector business, guiding federal, state, local, and defense (DoD/IL5) agencies and partners through the design, deployment, and integration of Cyware’s platform. Sitting at the intersection of Product and Customer Success, you will rapidly build reference architectures, deploy threat intelligence operationalization workflows, and lead the adoption of AI-assisted and autonomous (agentic) SOC capabilities across pre-sales solutioning and post-sales delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Public Sector Architecture & Implementation: Lead technical post-sales implementations, translating complex federal and SLTT agency requirements into scalable Cyware Cyber Fusion architectures.
- Enterprise Integrations: Design seamless integrations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, Case Management, CMDB, NAC, and Cloud Security platforms using APIs, automation, and custom Python connectors.
- CTI & Automation Playbooks: Architect ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and operationalization workflows for multi-source threat data (STIX/TAXII, commercial feeds, OSINT, and ISACs) using Cyware’s Intel Exchange.
- AI-Autonomous SOC Innovation: Build, package, and test use cases for AI-assisted and agentic AI security operations, establishing governance, guardrails, and auditability for autonomous SOC workflows.
- Compliance & Accreditation Advisory: Advise public sector customers on compliance and platform deployment frameworks, including FedRAMP High, DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5), NIST 800-53, CMMC, and GovRAMP.
- Field Enablement & RFP Support: Partner with Sales, Product, and Technical Alliances to shape solution strategies for RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires (SIG/CAIQ/VSAQ); enable field teams with reusable design assets.
