Located in Sunnyvale, CA, this role translates strategic business goals into extensible, scalable, and highly accessible UX frameworks.
In this strategic role, you will define design methods, build process flows and wireframes, conduct accessibility audits, and partner directly with Engineering Architects, Product Managers, and Merchandising leads. Serving as an enterprise accessibility champion, you will establish "shift-left" inclusive design standards—utilizing assistive technologies, WCAG guidelines, and Figma prototyping to ensure digital experiences serve all customers seamlessly.

- Technical Accessibility Testing: Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits using screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack), browser developer tools (Chrome/Firefox DevTools), and assistive inputs.
- Figma Design Reviews: Perform accessibility reviews on Figma mockups and prototypes to validate color contrast, typography, ARIA roles/states, and keyboard navigation before code implementation.
- Engineering Collaboration: Partner with Engineering Architects and Product Leads to evaluate solution efficacy, review PRDs, supervise detailed design specifications, and align on workflow feasibility.
- Customer Discovery & Analytics: Interpret web analytics, user surveys, and customer support data; lead contextual inquiries, user interviews, storyboarding, and journey mapping to eliminate experience gaps.
