BoolMind is looking for a motivated, results-driven Technical Recruiter with around 2 years of experience to join its team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate has recruited for technical roles, preferably in a software house or IT company, and has hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
• Handle HR operational tasks, including employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience with timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a software house or IT company
• Hands-on experience in HR operations (mandatory)
• Understanding of software development roles, including MERN/MEAN Stack, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, and other IT positions
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines
