Business Strategy & Ops Analyst II, Sales Operations | Motive

Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II in the Sales Operations group. The role goes beyond traditional support, making you a strategic partner to Sales and Sales Ops leaders. You will help scale Motive’s operations model so teams can focus on high-impact initiatives that fuel the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze data that supports strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that give critical business insights
• Help manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Work with sales leaders and key stakeholders to keep communication and alignment effective
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through careful quality assurance processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce (essential)
• SQL proficiency (mandatory)
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset
• A detail-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality work
• Authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous
