Job Description

QMCC is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring progress.
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
