Timing: 4PM - 1AM

Key Responsibilities

Running daily outbound outreach on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator — 15 to 25 targeted connection requests per day

Following up with prospects consistently to keep conversations moving

Scanning job portals to identify companies actively hiring in relevant functions — using that as a buying signal to prioritize outreach

Finding and contacting decision makers at those companies on LinkedIn

Keeping the CRM updated with daily activity and pipeline status

Collaborating with senior team members to sharpen targeting and messaging

Requirements

Around 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B sales

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Strong written English — messages need to sound natural, not templated

Understands the difference between a lead and a prospect

Consistent, organised, and comfortable with daily output targets

CRM experience is a plus
