We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Associate to keep our online store operations running smoothly. You will manage listings, orders, and day-to-day coordination to ensure a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and keep them accurate and up to date
• Process and track customer orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and the internal team
• Handle customer queries and order issues
• Monitor inventory and report on operational performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce or operations
• Willingness to work onsite in Islamabad

Skills

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic order and inventory management
