About the role
UpLift believes mental health is just as important as physical health and is rethinking how people access mental healthcare. The company operates a technology-driven, multi-sided marketplace that helps patients find therapists and psychiatric providers covered by their health insurance plans.
While approximately one in five Americans experiences mental health challenges, only 40% of this group received care in the previous year. At the same time, only 30% of therapists accept insurance.
UpLift bridges the gap between patients, providers, and insurers, helping individuals find appropriate mental healthcare at an affordable price.
